Course Description

Throughout this training course delegates focus on the most common mental health conditions. In addition to learning how to recognise signs and symptoms, they gain advice on practical strategies to support their employees. This training course also raises awareness of the way stress impacts on mental health.  The relevance and requirements of the Equality Act 2010 are reviewed, to enable managers to understand their obligations.

This course also supports people who are working in the Health and Social Care Sector and will develop their knowledge and understanding and allow them to deliver better individual person centered care.
