Mental Heath First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course that teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill-health and provide help on a first aid basis. This two-day course, running on 17 & 18th September 2020 at our Exeter training centre for only £300 including lunch.
